Non math

Outside mathematics, I have been active in supporting Palestinians, including providing protective presence against violence. I am also interested in AI safety. I have led a career program within the effective altruism community to help people find high-impact career paths, translated articles, mentored community activities, and taken The Pledge.

Occasionally, I enjoy playing video games. Some of my top favorites include
Outer Wilds (highly recommended for researchers; avoid spoilers before playing),
Celeste,
Braid,
The Witcher,
Hollow Knight,
Nier Automata,
Slay the Spire.
